How We Connect
Buddy Program
Our Buddy program is offered on all campuses, your child will be paired with a loving, trained teen or adult who will attend a typical Fellowship Kids classroom with them. The Buddy builds a relationship with your child as they assist them in participating in classroom activities and interacting with their peers. A Buddy also allows us the flexibility to assist your child in any additional ways necessary such as visual aids, sensory toys, special equipment, etc.
Special Needs Classroom
Benton Campus | 11:00 a.m.
West Little Rock Campus | 11:00 a.m.
For children and teens who need a different environment, our Special Needs Suite provides a great experience. The classroom sizes are small and provide flexibility for your child to move around and interact with others in a way that is comfortable for them. We use play and visual systems to encourage interaction as they learn about Jesus. These rooms are staffed with loving, trained individuals who focus on providing a safe and enjoyable experience for your child.
Embrace Preschool Class | 9:00 a.m. only
This class is offered at our West Little Rock Campus for medically complex children, 4 years and younger. This class is staffed with medical professionals to provide the best care possible.
Embrace Adults Class – WLR only
At our West Little Rock Campus we have a classroom for adults with special needs, ages 18 and older, that provides relevant Bible studies, worship time, and activities.
Whitney Bell
Special Needs Pastor
Hi, I’m Whitney Bell! I joined the team here at Fellowship in October 2025, coming in with 15 years of teaching in a special needs preschool and a college degree in Speech Pathology. My husband, Daniel, and I have been married for 18 years. We have two children, two dogs, and 38 chickens…and counting! I am overjoyed to be in this role as Special Needs Pastor – my greatest mission is to truly embody the word “EMBRACE” by helping the families in our ministry feel welcomed, seen, and loved by being the hands and feet of Jesus to them as they walk their unique roads. It is such an honor to get to serve our community, and I pray God will continue to use this ministry for His glory!
Kim Morgan
Special Needs Coordinator
My name is Kim Morgan. I am the Special Needs Coordinator at Fellowship Bible church. I have been married for 42 years to my high school sweetheart, Barry Morgan. We have 3 children together and 12 precious grandchildren. I was a stay-at-home mom for 10 years. I was a teacher in public and private schools for 8 years. I went back to school to earn a degree as a COTA/L. I practiced Occupational Therapy with adults and children with special needs and teenagers with psychosocial disabilities and mental illness for 15 years. I am so blessed that God opened the door for me to be on staff at Fellowship, and I enjoy being on an amazing team and serving with people who love God and love what we do. Loving on and embracing our special needs population at Fellowship comes natural and easy for me. They all bring such joy to our Christian community and church and we are all blessed by their unique lives.
