Fellowship Kids
IN FELLOWSHIP KIDS,
we want to see kids grow to be disciples who live by God’s grace and for His glory at home and across the world! We do this by making Fellowship Kids a safe and engaging environment where kids can worship through song, hear God’s story from the Bible, and discuss those stories with friends in small groups. Every Sunday, we get to help kids see who God is and how every page of His story points us to Jesus!
YOUR FIRST TIME IN FELLOWSHIP KIDS
From the moment you step out of your car, you’ll encounter friendly people who are happy to help you! We are ready to serve your family and help your child get settled into Fellowship Kids. What is Child Dedication?
Child Dedication is a tradition at Fellowship to celebrate the birth or adoption of a child. Through our in-service Dedications, parents are committing before the Lord and their church family to submit their child to God’s will and His Word.
Why do we dedicate?
Although Child Dedication is not taught in the Bible, like Baptism or Communion, it is rooted in the Bible verse from Deuteronomy 6:5-9.
Therefore, the purpose of our Child Dedication is for our church to celebrate the new addition to our church family, but most importantly, for parents, to publicly commit to prayerfully raise your child in a Godly way.
