I was born in New York and raised in California into a Guatemalan family. From a very young age, I longed to be a missionary around the world. I participated in youth ministries and in multiple worship ministries in my local church. It was at the age of 19 that I decided to move to Guatemala to help plant a church alongside my father. I went to seminary in Guatemala, served as a youth pastor, a worship leader and as an English teacher where I was able to reach out to many kids and their families with the gospel. I met my lovely wife, Paola in Guatemala and we married in November of 2015. By this time, my family had already moved back to California and I pastored the church we planted there for some time.
I believe God lovingly and wisely crafted every situation in our lives even before we were conceived so that we may do His will, we are then to be obedient to His call and His plan. Which is why I believe He crafted my 12-year stay in Guatemala, to understand the culture, master the language, love the people and meet Daniel Bran as he is an important vessel for my being a part of the Fellowship Latino Campus today.
My hope for Fellowship is that we continue to be a church after God’s own heart; Christ and gospel-centered, spirit led and Bible-based. That our Latino community in Little Rock may find Christ and believe the gospel of Jesus through our church as He is preached and exemplified to them through our lifestyle.
