Giving Policies
Confidentiality & Privacy
All information concerning contributions made to Fellowship Bible Church is held in the strictest confidence. Any information you provide in the process of making a contribution or conducting any other financial transaction via our website is maintained securely in our database system. This information will remain private and will never be sold or otherwise shared with third parties except to process your contribution, event registration or other transaction.
Online Contributions
You may schedule new online contributions at any time and modify or cancel those contributions at any time before the date for which they are scheduled. Once the contribution has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If you have any problems or questions related to this, please contact us at finance@fellowshiponline.com
Please note that for online contributions given via credit or debit card, the amount the church receives will typically be approximately 2.5% to 3.5% less (depending upon the type of card used) than the contribution amount you specify due to standard card processing fees. Contributions made via the eCheck option are not subject to these fees and result in more dollars being put to work in ministry.
Control Over Contributions
All contributions made to Fellowship Bible Church are made with the understanding that the church has complete discretion and authority over the use of donated funds. If the total contributions received for a designated project or purpose exceed the amount needed for that project or purpose, the church reserves the right to use any such excess funds for the furtherance of other ministry activities. Although the church may take into consideration the request of a donor as to the use of contributed funds, the church must retain the right to determine how the funds will be used for contributions to be tax deductible.
Contribution Statements
Statements of contributions are mailed in January detailing giving for the prior calendar year. Interim statements are also mailed in May and October. You may also access your online giving history at any time through your online account. If you want to receive a contribution statement for tax purposes, be sure your contact information on your check is correct and place any cash in an envelope containing your contact information. If you have moved recently, please contact our Finance team at finance@fellowshiponline.com with your current mailing address so that your contribution statement will reach you via mail.

Fellowship Bible Church is a nonprofit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions to Fellowship Bible Church are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law under Section 170 of the Code.
