This week on Fellowship Talks, Dan and Amy sit down with Trish White and Tyler Kemp to talk about parenting and social media usage. Trish is Fellowship’s Senior High Women’s Pastor on the West Little Rock Campus, and Tyler is the Student Pastor on Fellowship’s Cabot Campus.
We discuss all the different types of social media students are using. What are some of the benefits and challenges of using social media? We also talk about when it is best for kids to begin using social media.
If you have more questions about how to best parent your kids and their social media, feel free to talk to any of our student pastors at Fellowship.
Early in the show, we had a question about resources that talk more about membership. Two of our recommended resources are Church Membership and Committing to One Another: Church Membership.

Welcome to our first episode of Fellowship Talks! Dan and Amy spend some time introducing the purpose of Fellowship’s new podcast, Fellowship Talks. Our goal is to infuse the mission and values of Fellowship into the daily life of each person at Fellowship by giving our church a midweek connection to the church.
On this first episode, we talk with Aaron Williams. Aaron is the executive worship arts pastor at Fellowship and one of the visionaries behind our church conference, Dwell. This conversation with Aaron initially took place in April, but we saved it to launch as our first conversation for the podcast. We talk about the Dwell symbol and what Aaron’s prayer is for each person who attended the conference. We are looking forward to the second Dwell Conference in March 2018.
