Congratulations on your engagement! We consider it a blessing to help you prepare for your marriage.

Whether you are wanting to have your wedding at Fellowship, have one of our pastors officiate your ceremony (off-site or on-site), or to simply go through the Fellowship premarital mentoring process, our desire is to come alongside to help lay the foundation for a strong and healthy marriage that brings God glory.

Please kindly note, Fellowship facilities and the pre-marital process are normally open to members or active attendees of Fellowship and their children.

Due to a full calendar of ministry events, we are unable to host weddings the week before Christmas or Easter.

Step by Step Process

Step One - Apply

To begin, please complete the Wedding/Premarital Mentoring Application. To begin the process of reserving the date or getting a mentor couple, you will need to apply.

Step Two - Premarital Meeting

After submitting your application, our Care Assistant will contact you to schedule your premarital meeting with two of our Care Pastors. During this meeting, you will receive further information about the premarital mentoring process, required assessment tools, and information about the Becoming One Weekender class. Before this meeting, we request that both the Bride and Groom to have read in full the Fellowship Marriage Statement.

Step Three - Assessments | Becoming One | Mentorship

With the couple’s agreement to follow the premarital process, the couple will complete an online assessment (directions will be provided during the premarital meeting) and All About Me forms (provided in the meeting). Upon completion and submission of the assessment and forms, your date will be officially reserved (for on-site weddings). Ideally, the couple would next attend the Becoming One Weekender, premarital class. Click here for the currently scheduled class. After completion then a premarital mentor couple will be assigned and introduced. You will need to meet with your premarital mentor couple at least four times. Once you have been introduced to your mentor couple, it is wise to check in with your Officiant Pastor to begin setting up meetings with him, as well.

Step Four - For On-site Weddings at Fellowship

For on-site weddings at Fellowship, The Director of Weddings will set up a Wedding Guide meeting with the Bride, and anyone else jointly helping her plan, to go over the Wedding Guide (a copy will be provided for the Bride). Facility guidelines and rehearsal/wedding daytime frames will be discussed, and the Bride will have time to ask questions and view the Bride’s Room and the Chapel.
